Where do we ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. and numerous other countries throughout the world. Please note: Orders of $400 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice. Orders of $150 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package).

When will my order be shipped? Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page.Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days.USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing or losing a package. Unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
How are replacement parts shipped?
ALL replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
At WeVapor we ship packages world wide. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assumes all shipping risk. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS. If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL
International postage is based on the value of your package. First Class International Mail is assigned a tracking number. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the USA we will not have any other tracking information on this package. First Class International Mail can take up to 20 business days to reach its destination. Please also understand that customs can delay this process.
WeVapor cannot accept returns on e-liquid due to U.S. health codes. If you have an issue with your order please use the chat window at the bottom right of this page. WeVapor will take any issues into consideration and come to a fair resolution.
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
All returns or exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Defective Hardware: Defective item replacement will be at the sole discretion of WeVapor. Please contact customer service for further information.
